CONSULTATIONS

Philly Speech & Language offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns and answer any questions regarding your child's speech and language development. Consultations are a time to gather general information about a child, such as previous therapy/assessments or present diagnoses. Consultations allow the SLP and family to discuss the best approach towards meeting communication needs and goals.

THERAPY

Speech and language therapy is delivered based on goals from an assessment to address current communication needs. Collaboration between the caregiver, speech-language pathologist, and other professionals is encouraged.

EVALUATIONS

A comprehensive speech and language evaluation involves an assessment of all communication areas, such as receptive and expressive language, articulation, oral-motor, voice, fluency and social skills. This includes formal and informal testing, caregiver interview, and direct interaction with the client. A recommended treatment plan with individualized goals and strategies is developed.

    A brief discussion to learn about your child’s needs and determine the best next steps.

  • In-Home, Daycare & Center-Based Speech Therapy Sessions

    • 30-Minute Session - $75

    • 40-Minute Session - $100‍‍

    • 50-Minute Session $130

    • 60-Minute Session - $150

    Weekend: Additional $10

    Travel Fee: Additional $20 for locations more than 5 miles outside of core service area

    Each session is tailored to your child's individual communication goals using engaging, evidence-based strategies to support meaningful progress in everyday routines, play, and social interactions across home, daycare, and school environments.

  • 📝 Speech & Language Evaluations

    Fee: $275–$350

    An individualized assessment designed to better understand your child's communication strengths and needs. Depending on your concerns, the evaluation may address speech sound production, receptive and expressive language, fluency, and total communication, including spoken language, gestures, signs, and AAC.

    Evaluation fees vary based on the scope of the assessment and include a parent consultation, assessment, written report, and individualized recommendations for next steps.
